Terms & Conditions:
Validity
Cerridwen voucher is valid for 6 months. Aine voucher is valid for 12 months. Mini Boudoir Session Voucher is valid for 3 months. All of the vouchers are valid from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The session must be booked and completed before the expiry date.
Booking & Availability
All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Weekend and evening sessions may be limited.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a confirmed booking. Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
Age Requirement
All clients must be 18 years or older to participate in a boudoir photoshoot. Proof of age may be requested.
Voucher Use
Each voucher may be redeemed for one photoshoot session. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Only one voucher per person per session may be used.
Transfers
Vouchers may be transferable. If gifting to another person, please provide the contact details of the gifted person for the photoshoot upon its payment. Alternatively, and within voucher validity, contact Ana Elisa on info@elisaphotography.co.uk with ID voucher and details of new client you wish to transfer the voucher to.
What’s Included
The voucher includes the items stated at the time of purchase. Additional prints, albums, or extra digital images are available for purchase separately.
Images & Privacy
Your images remain private and will not be used for marketing or social media without your explicit written consent. You are under no obligation to allow image sharing.
Voucher Expiry & Extensions
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. However, extensions may be available for a small administration fee if requested before the expiry date.
Force Majeure
In the event of illness, studio closure, or other unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled but not refunded. The studio will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative date.
